Topic: Problems receiving new mail using Apple iMAP clients
We are an APPLE shop using Apple's Mail Client as well as the Apple version of Thunderbird. Starting about 2-3 weeks ago we've experienced problems where we are no longer notified of new mail: no new mail is getting pulled down until we quit and then reload the client. We can watch mail arriving by monitoring the DYNU webmail client however, as I stated, our mail client does not receive notice or pull down newly arrived messages. We've tweaked mail client settings relating to IMAP IDLE and frequency of fetch, but those have no effect. The only way to get each client to receive new incoming mail is to quit and then reload the program. We're wondering if any other DYNU customers are experiencing this problem. As stated earlier, this began about 2-3 weeks ago.Thank you.
